My name is Hansi Karoni, and I serve as the Founder and Chairman of Christ Mission in Pakistan. My journey in ministry has been shaped by a simple calling: to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve people in need.On August 20, 2011, Christ Mission was established as a small step of faith. What began with a desire to serve has grown over the years into a ministry reaching children, families, widows, women, and communities across Pakistan.
In the early years, our ministry focused on sharing the Gospel, evangelism, children's ministry, church ministry, and caring for people who were facing difficult circumstances. As we served, God continued to open new doors and show us more people who needed not only practical help, but also the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Over the years, I have seen families struggling with poverty, children growing up without proper opportunities, widows carrying heavy responsibilities, and Christian families facing persecution and slavery. These experiences changed the way I understood ministry. I learned that serving people means more than giving something for one day. It means walking with them, listening to them, praying with them and helping them build a stronger future.This led Christ Mission into different areas of ministry supporting widows and orphans, caring for children, helping families trapped in bonded labor, providing food and practical assistance, supporting education, establishing discipleship programs and helping families who have been freed begin rebuilding their lives.
One of the most important parts of this journey has been seeing families experience freedom. When a family that has lived under bondage is finally able to leave that life behind, find a home, and begin thinking about their children's future, I see again why this calling matters. Freedom is not only about leaving slavery; it is also about helping a family rebuild their life with dignity, hope, and opportunity.
But our calling is much bigger than one area of ministry.
Today, my heart is to see Christ Mission take the Gospel to villages and communities across Pakistan where people have little or no access to God's Word. We want to establish Children Discipleship Training in villages, strengthen Family Discipleship, empower women and especially young girls, provide free education for children, expand the Audio Urdu Bible Project, send teams to places where there is no Gospel, and continue weekly outreach and monthly prayer programs.I believe that when we invest in a child, strengthen a family, empower a woman, share God's Word, or stand beside someone who is suffering, we are helping bring the light of Christ into that community.
I am deeply thankful for every person who has prayed for Christ Mission, served with us, supported the work, visited Pakistan, or helped us reach people in need. This journey has never been about one person. It is about what God can do when people are willing to say yes to His calling.The journey that began on August 20, 2011 continues today.Our vision is to see lives transformed, families strengthened, children discipled, communities reached, and the Gospel shared in places where it has not yet been heard.
